Battlefield 6 Season 4 to include Top Gun collab and Carrier Strike mode

Battlefield 6 will launch Season 4 on 21 July with naval combat and a Top Gun collaboration that adds playable aircraft.

The season will roll out across three phases on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Phase 1 introduces the large Tsuru Reef map along with two new boats and three weapons.

Phase 2 begins on 18 August and brings the Top Gun crossover. Players will gain access to two new two-seater jets and a limited-time Carrier Strike mode based on the classic Carrier Assault format.

A remake of Wake Island featuring aircraft carriers will also arrive in Phase 2, followed by Phase 3 on 15 September. Additional updates include custom lobbies, improved Portal tools and a new Spectator mode.
