Scotland’s preparations suffered a setback when Billy Gilmour was officially ruled out on Saturday evening. Scans showed the knee injury he picked up in the first half of the 4-1 friendly win at Hampden Park would keep him out of the entire tournament. The Scottish FA announced that the former Chelsea midfielder will not travel to the United States on Sunday and will instead return to SSC Napoli for rehabilitation.
