Dolce & Gabbana presented its Spring 2027 menswear collection titled Sicilian Holidays, drawing heavily on the designers' Sicilian roots with ornate tailoring and decorative elements.
The show reaffirmed the brand's signature broad-shouldered tailoring and unapologetic embellishment. Designers Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce incorporated macramé lace, rhinestone details, postcard prints, and pistachio tones throughout the lineup.
Key pieces included white linen suits embroidered with coral-like beads, distressed denim encrusted with multicolored rhinestones, silk shirts featuring lemon branches, and crocheted garments inspired by sailors' ropes.
In a statement the designers said: “We wanted to capture the richness and complexity of our homeland, exploring its places, memories and traditions.” The collection referenced Catholic mourning traditions, sun-drenched beaches, Baroque churches, and maiolica pottery.
The presentation comes as the company navigates slower luxury growth and increased competition, with executives noting the need to leverage the brand's established identity.
