Elina Costantini confirmed her pregnancy with her second child with Eduardo Costantini via an Instagram post on Friday, July 10, 2026.
The model shared an ultrasound video on her Instagram stories. The images showed the baby in the early weeks of gestation and captured the professional who performed the study stating that the pregnancy was progressing normally.
Elina wrote over the images: “Dios, sos grande. Gracias, gracias, gracias”. The couple already has a daughter, Kahlo Milagro, born in 2024.
They have been in a relationship for approximately eight years. Eduardo Costantini has other children from previous relationships.
