The update introduces cosmetic items to personalize characters, including the Devotee Outfit Set and two new haircuts available at the Speranza barbershop. These additions align with the game's sci-fi aesthetic, helping maintain player engagement between larger updates.
Significant fixes target inventory and economy systems. Embark resolved issues where sell values displayed incorrectly with selected mods, duplicate items appeared in sell and recycle popups, and Coin balances showed errors after selling durable items. Such corrections ensure more reliable decision-making during extraction runs.
Gameplay exploits and bugs were also addressed. Players can no longer place the Snaphook in the safe pocket by pressing Tab, a Zipline exploit on Blue Gate has been removed, and stuck issues at the Auditorium doorway on Stella Montis and duplicate interact prompts in Comet events have been fixed.
Environmental improvements include proper freezing of water areas on Dam Battlegrounds during Cold Snap conditions and reduced frequency of Electromagnetic Storm lighting effects, enhancing immersion in dynamic map states.
