He noted ongoing efforts under Digital Ethiopia 2025 and 2030 strategies to position the country as Africa's leading digital economy hub through service expansion.
Justice Minister Hana Araia Selassie highlighted Ethiopia's recent successes in the digital sector.
She described digital finance regulation as a double-edged sword posing risks to national and global security and legality.
Institutions must collaborate to build capacity and ensure national accountability, she added.
