Huila is preparing for Festival al Río, which will bring together eight bands at Neiva's Plazoleta Olave Tower from May 15 to 17.
The event will combine rock, pop and musical fusions over three days. Confirmed bands include Sed Band, with its mix of gospel, heavy metal, blues and jazz-rock, and Annis Rock and Roll, which incorporates Eastern instruments into traditional rock.
Outlaw Band will present an exclusive international premiere, while Cuervoz will offer a sound influenced by 1990s grunge. Neiva-based Pachanga All Stars will fuse pop, funk and rock.
Hierba Mala will pay tribute to Spanish-language rock legends such as Héroes del Silencio. Tekila will bring tropipop rhythms and ballads, and The Losers will contribute an alternative approach with roots dating to 2010.
