The agenda includes the presentation and approval of individual and consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2025. It will also consider the fiscal auditor's report, the sustainable management report, and the profits distribution project.
Shareholders will decide on the appointment and fees for the fiscal auditor and the board of directors. Additionally, it will address the general lifting of possible conflicts of interest in operations with the controlling shareholder and related companies, within the ordinary course of business.
From February 23, 2026, shareholders may exercise their right to inspect books and documents as provided in the Commercial Code. This inspection is available at the main office or upon prior request via email.
The assembly will be recorded, and participants through proxy must submit the corresponding power at least two hours before the start of the meeting, whether virtually or physically.
