Google announced the launch of its AI Plus plan in India on December 10, 2025, providing users with expanded access to advanced AI capabilities at a low cost. The subscription grants access to Gemini 3 Pro, Google's most advanced AI model, for tasks such as deep research, reasoning, content creation, and coding assistance.

Subscribers also benefit from Nano Banana Pro, the latest imaging model that generates AI images resembling real-life photos. For video generation, AI Plus offers 200 monthly AI credits for Veo 3.1 in tools like Flow and Whisk, doubling the 100 credits available to free users.

The plan enhances Notebook LM with more audio overviews and notebooks. It integrates Gemini into Google apps including Gmail, Docs, and Drive, enabling users to rewrite documents, summarize notes, and automate routine tasks.

Additionally, AI Plus provides 200GB of cloud storage across Google Photos, Drive, and Gmail, compared to 15GB for free accounts. The pricing starts at Rs 199 per month for the first six months, then rises to Rs 399 per month. Google is offering a free AI Pro subscription to Jio users for 18 months.
