Isac Brännström returns to Luleå Hockey with one-year deal

Forward Isac Brännström has agreed to rejoin Luleå Hockey on a one-year contract. The 27-year-old returns after leaving the club following the 2022/23 season.

Brännström spent three seasons with Luleå after arriving from HV71 ahead of the 2019/20 campaign. He became a fan favorite during that time and delivered some of his strongest performances there, according to reports from HockeyNews and Expressen. Earlier this week Kuriren reported that the club had received an offer for the player, who had expressed fondness for the area in prior comments. Expressen now confirms the transfer is complete with the one-year agreement in place.
