In the final stretch of La Granja VIP's first season, nominations continue to determine the last eliminations and finalists. Sergio Mayer Mori was the ninth evicted, and now La Bea, Eleazar Gómez, and Alberto del Río ‘El Patrón’ are at risk following rule changes in the reality show.
The first season of La Granja VIP reaches its final week, where rules have changed significantly to heighten the competition. Sergio Mayer Mori became the ninth eliminated, leaving one more eviction pending before the grand final on Sunday, December 21, to which only five participants will advance.
On Monday, the Assembly of face-to-face nominations was held for the first time. Farmers awarded points via a random roulette, resulting in the initial nominations of Eleazar Gómez and Alberto del Río ‘El Patrón’. On Tuesday, the public voted to select Kim Shantal and La Bea for a Duel, where the loser, La Bea, was automatically nominated and Kim Shantal was declared the first finalist.
On Wednesday, viewers will vote again for two participants for another Duel, which will determine an additional nominee and another finalist. The current list of nominees, pending La Salvación and La Traición, includes La Bea, Eleazar Gómez, and Alberto del Río ‘El Patrón’.
During the final, public votes will decide the fifth, fourth, third, and second places, as well as the winner. The prize for the victor is 2 million pesos, as stated by host Adal Ramones. The show airs live on Canal Azteca UNO, the official YouTube channel 24/7, Disney+, and social media.
