A 35-year-old Louisiana woman faces multiple charges after two separate incidents involving alleged abuse of children. Johnnikkia Robinson was arrested in April and again in July.
Johnnikkia Robinson of Baton Rouge was first arrested on April 1 after a witness reported seeing her headbutt her daughter while walking on North Street. Officers found Robinson and her two children hiding under a home, where she admitted to drinking vodka and described the headbutt as an act of motherly love. Her daughter had a small knot on her forehead.
Robinson was arrested again on July 6 following a report from her boyfriend. He alleged that she struck his daughter on the head and son on the torso in late June and later threatened him with a kitchen knife, a claim she denied.
She now faces two child cruelty charges along with additional counts of domestic abuse battery and assault. Robinson is being held without bond.
