Malmö FF has conceded 11 goals in seven Allsvenskan rounds since captain Pontus Jansson was injured in April.
The team lost 3–2 away to BK Häcken on Sunday. It was the third time in four matches that Malmö conceded three goals.
Players pointed to a lack of continuity in defensive play. Goalkeeper Johan Dahlin said it involved simple things to fix with more determination.
Coach Miguel Ramirez stressed he focuses on getting the current squad to perform better while the club discusses possible reinforcements in the back line for the summer.
