Mohamed Salah’s agent has indicated the forward will announce his next club very soon after leaving Liverpool at the end of last season.
Ramy Abbas Issa, Salah’s representative, told reporters that details remain unclear but a decision is imminent.
“We still do not know where Mohamed will play next season,” Abbas Issa said. “But we may know very soon.”
He added that the player’s camp avoids unnecessary talks with clubs Salah would not consider joining. Salah departed Liverpool after nine seasons that included multiple titles and individual awards.
The 34-year-old also helped Egypt secure its first World Cup win before a last-16 exit against Argentina in 2026.
