The Berlin-based neobank N26 grew more slowly than planned in 2025. The number of revenue-relevant customers rose 16 percent to 5.6 million.
N26 has released its business figures for 2025. Customer growth fell short of expectations according to management. Gross revenues reached 498.1 million euros, up 18 percent, yet remained 11 percent below plan.
Profit came in at 1.6 million euros. The previous year the company had recorded a loss of 42 million euros. Lower administrative expenses drove the improved result.
Revenue-relevant customers are those who have completed all account opening steps and maintain an open N26 bank account.
