OraOrea debuts Coriolis Pointer Date watch collection

Zach Weiss, co-founder of Worn & Wound, has launched his new watch brand OraOrea with the Coriolis Pointer Date collection. The trio of retro-inspired pointer-date watches features distinctive dial designs and a new Sellita movement. Pre-orders are available now for $3,950, with deliveries set for the fourth quarter of 2026.

OraOrea announced its inaugural collection in late January 2026, following up two months later with the Coriolis Pointer Date series. The watches draw their name from the Coriolis effect, inspired by a unique two-tier hour display with Roman numerals alternating with 18K gold hemispheres and a railroad track chapter ring. This design guides the eye clockwise, complemented by a date track where even and odd dates use dots and numerals in alternating halves, including dotted markers for the 16th and 17th.
