Police raid hells angels in eskilstuna

Swedish police launched a major operation against Hells Angels in Eskilstuna on Saturday evening, with the National Task Force on site and drones in the air. The raid targeted the gang's premises in central Eskilstuna and lasted several hours, but no arrests were made. Witnesses reported loud bangs that police said came from distraction grenades, not gunfire.

The operation began around 8 p.m. on Saturday evening, November 1, 2025, targeting the premises of the criminal motorcycle gang Hells Angels in central Eskilstuna. The National Task Force participated, and police drones flew over the area at the start of the raid. The action continued until shortly after midnight and was concluded by 1 a.m., according to police.

Duty officer Dick Steisjö stated: “Prosecutors have decided on a search in a preliminary investigation. We are there carrying out investigative measures.” Witnesses described a massive police presence with more than ten vehicles, both marked and unmarked. One witness said: “The whole area is swarming with police.” An entrance gate was forced open with violence, and later officers carried out evidence bags from the premises while taking photos inside the building.

Residents in the area called 112 about loud bangs, suspected to be gunfire. Police denied this through command officer Linus Maxe: “There has been no shooting. The Task Force is on site. They have used their tools and it can be perceived as shooting, absolutely.” About 30–40 people were inside the premises when police arrived.

The duty prosecutor confirmed the search but refused to comment on the criminal charge. No individuals were arrested during the operation. This is the second major police raid on the same Hells Angels location; a similar action occurred in June 2021.
