Prime Video released the first trailer Monday for its new action comedy series Ride or Die. The eight episodes star Octavia Spencer and Hannah Waddingham as best friends forced to flee after a job goes wrong.
The streamer unveiled the trailer for the series on June 8. It centers on Debbie Claybourne, played by Spencer, and Judith Burton, played by Waddingham, who discover secrets that upend their lives and send them on a European road trip pursued by assassins and law enforcement. All eight episodes are set to drop on July 15. Supporting roles include Ed Skrein as Billy, Calam Lynch as Sam, and Bill Nighy as The Director. Creator Tessa Coates, showrunner Matt Miller, and director Peyton Reed lead production alongside the two stars and additional executive producers.
