Rayz Developments launches BRX mixed-use project in New Cairo

Rayz Developments has entered Egypt’s real estate market by launching its first project, BRX, a mixed-use development in New Cairo. The launch coincided with a partnership agreement with e& Egypt for digital infrastructure.

Rayz Developments, the real estate arm of AlShams for Contracting and Engineering Works, unveiled BRX on Mohamed Naguib Axis in New Cairo. The project covers 36,483 square meters with a 390-meter frontage and includes nine commercial and administrative buildings plus parking for about 800 cars.

The development targets SMEs, startups, and investors with flexible workspaces. Rayz Developments was established in 2025 and draws on the experience of Al Shams, founded in 1987.

At the launch event, the company signed a partnership with e& Egypt. The deal provides a Triple Play package of high-speed internet, landline, and IPTV services along with a fiber-optic network.

Shams El-Din Youssef, Chairperson of Rayz Developments, called BRX the first step in a broader expansion strategy. Mohamed Moqpel, Head of the Commercial Sector, noted that the project combines location advantages with functional flexibility for businesses.
