Aryna Sabalenka revived her playful stairway dance rivalry with Novak Djokovic after advancing at the French Open. The world No. 1 defeated Jessica Bouzas Maneiro 6-4, 6-2 on May 26 before responding directly to the Serbian star's earlier challenge.
Sabalenka removed her bags and danced down the Roland Garros stairs while looking at the camera. She said, “Ok, Novak, how about that?” The moment followed Djokovic’s post after his first-round win over Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard, in which he recreated last year’s viral dance and posted, “Check this out!! You can’t beat that, Aryna. I challenge you.”
