The Argentine national team coach departed last night for Mallorca, according to a source close to him. His family placed a sign that read: “¡¡Leo ya se fue anoche!! Gracias por tanto cariño”.
The five-day stay in the 3,000-inhabitant town in Santa Fe included meetings with neighbors who offered gifts and support. There were no formal events during the visit.
Scaloni responded to greetings by signing objects and posing for photos before leaving.
