Attended by relief organizations, authorities, and family members, the meeting resulted in the adoption of the Incident Command System (SCI). This aims to address communication failures and unify rescue efforts amid challenging river conditions.
The municipal administration requested technical and operational support from departmental and national entities, including Risk Management offices, the National Army, and Air Force. Private sector involvement was also sought for logistical resources to enhance response capacity.
