Tamar Braxton switched up her look over the weekend and fans immediately clocked the family resemblance.
The singer posted an Instagram reel on July 25 showing gloved hands rinsing her hair before revealing the final result: a dark blonde bowl cut with curtain bangs and long sideburns. She captioned it simply, “Decided to make some necessary changes.”
The post racked up more than 8,500 likes and hundreds of comments. Fans quickly linked the new style to her sisters, with one writing, “Looks like a combo of Tracey and Toni which equals Tamar.” Others shouted out the late Traci Braxton, who died in March 2022, and even T-Boz.
Traci’s name popped up repeatedly, with comments like “Tracy lives on through you” and “Omg you looking just like Tracy.”
So… is this the summer of Braxton bowl cuts or just Tamar testing the waters?
