Tom Hardy is out of MobLand's third season following reported tensions on set. The Paramount+ drama's star allegedly clashed with producers during season two filming. Sources point to script notes and ensemble shifts as flashpoints.
The 48-year-old actor, who plays fixer Harry Da Souza, won't return for the proposed third series. Matthew Belloni reported in his Puck newsletter that Paramount opted not to pick up Hardy after clashes with producers Jez Butterworth and David Glasser. Hardy was said to be late to set, push for script changes, and bristle at the show expanding around Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan as the Harrigan family heads.
