A judge approved Tom Sandoval's request for a temporary restraining order, ordering his ex Victoria Lee Robinson and her dad to vacate his home immediately. Court docs detail an alleged June 3 incident involving physical and verbal abuse claims.
TMZ obtained court documents showing the temporary order stems from Sandoval's claims of mistreatment during his more than two-year relationship with Robinson. The June 3 argument escalated after he noticed her recording him, leading to her father punching a hole in the guest bedroom door and threatening him.
Sandoval alleged Robinson then struck him in the face and head, blurring his vision, before recording to portray herself as the victim. He called police, resulting in her arrest. The pair and her father Will Robinson had been living together.
Past incidents cited include Robinson punching him, throwing a Gatorade bottle, changing his passwords, and tracking him with an AirTag. The judge's ruling requires them to move out ASAP based on these filings.
