The 23-year-old Patrick Fisher netted the winning penalty, propelling TS Galaxy into their second Nedbank Cup final in seven years. The club celebrated on social media, stating: "We hold our nerve and get it done, winning 4-3 in the shootout. A battle from start to finish."
In the final, TS Galaxy will face top-flight rivals Durban City. Durban City advanced by dispatching Casric Stars in the first semifinal in Durban on Saturday.
