The Guardia Civil's Central Operative Unit has concluded that Santos Cerdán used Servinabar funds to attempt purchase of a 985,000-euro property in Madrid in 2021.

According to the patrimonial report submitted to the judge, Cerdán and his wife visited the apartment on Santa Cruz de Marcenado street on 6 September 2021. They offered 900,000 euros and 9,000 euros were transferred as a deposit from an account controlled by Antxon Alonso, although the deal fell through over disagreements on delivery timelines.

The UCO document states that Cerdán had full access to Servinabar funds. Between 2015 and 2024, he and his family received 323,178 euros from the company, which obtained up to 99.81 percent of its income from Acciona during José Luis Ábalos's time as minister.

The report also details 18,261 euros in cash from unknown origin received between 2014 and 2017. Cerdán faces charges of criminal organization, influence peddling and bribery in the Koldo case.
