The government-appointed administrator of Wang Fuk Court will hold an extraordinary general meeting with flat owners on July 19, ending months of delays.
Hop On Management Company said in a notice issued on Saturday that it would host the meeting simultaneously via live broadcast across four locations. The venues include community centres in Tai Po, Tin Shui Wai, Kai Tak and Wah Kwai.
Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po was the site of Hong Kong’s deadliest blaze in decades, which killed 168 people and displaced nearly 5,000. Agenda items include reports on the handover from former incorporated owners, the situation at Wang Chi House, and the start of refunds from the major repair fund.
The administrator said the agenda items had been finalised with regard to owners’ common interests and the control and management of the estate’s common parts.
