A mother was shot in the neck while driving away from a party with her 5-year-old daughter in Minnesota after a minor collision escalated into violence. Authorities arrested a man and his wife on assault and weapons charges.
The incident began when the woman left a prom send-off party in the Columbia Heights area with her daughter. Their SUV made contact with a parked vehicle, prompting 38-year-old Cordaryle Frank-Allen Frost and his wife, 37-year-old Cynthia Victoria Frost, to pursue her, according to authorities.
