Bambu Studio, perangkat lunak slicing untuk pencetak 3D Bambu Lab, dibangun berdasarkan pendahulu yang berlisensi AGPLv3 termasuk PrusaSlicer dan Slic3r. Software Freedom Conservancy menemukan bahwa pustaka libbambu_networking yang didistribusikan bersama perangkat lunak tersebut belum pernah dirilis kode sumbernya, meskipun terdapat persyaratan AGPLv3 untuk kode yang didistribusikan bersama proyek berlisensi.
