Certificate of Good Conduct

Huduma Kenya has confirmed that payment receipts for a Certificate of Good Conduct remain valid for fingerprint capture if less than one year old. This allows applicants who paid but missed the fingerprint step to proceed without repaying. The clarification came in a social media response.
