Egypt’s Health Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar reviewed progress on the “Nile” project, the country’s first national medical simulation and clinical training centre, during a Monday meeting. He described the centre as a “major leap” in medical education to provide realistic simulation environments for improving clinical skills and patient safety. Ministry spokesperson Hossam Abdel Ghaffar noted that the initial designs were well-received for their modern and professional execution.
