The Hollywood Reporter states that Christopher McQuarrie will write, direct and produce a Battlefield movie adaptation for Electronic Arts. Michael B. Jordan is set to produce and may star, pending several factors. The project is being shopped to studios as a rival to Paramount's Call of Duty film.
