Mayo Auction to sell JB Hodgdon's vintage car collection

Mayo Auction & Realty is set to auction more than 80 vintage automobiles from the estate of John Brewster "JB" Hodgdon, the longtime president and chairman of Hodgdon Powder Company. The collection, highlighted by the phrase "I loved them all," represents one of the most significant private automobile assemblages to reach the market in recent years. The announcement came on February 25, 2026, from Belton, Missouri.
