Performance-Enhancing Substances

Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association released the annual public report on drug testing for 2025. The report, prepared by Dr. Thomas M. Martin, documented two positive tests for performance-enhancing substances among players on 40-man rosters. A total of 11,700 tests were conducted during the reporting period.
