China's producer price index rose 4.1 percent year on year in June, the National Bureau of Statistics said Thursday. The PPI dipped 0.3 percent on a month-on-month basis.

The index measures costs for goods at the factory gate. Month-on-month data showed a 0.3 percent dip last month.
