A man linked to a kidnapping case escaped while being transferred from the Tehuacán House of Justice to Puebla.
The escapee was identified as Luis Ángel ‘N’. His evasion occurred near the municipality of Amozoc during the transfer procedure. The Puebla Prosecutor's Office launched investigations to search for the inmate. The State Public Security Secretariat reported that it notified the State Attorney General's Office to initiate the corresponding investigations. Two custodial police officers were placed at the disposal of the ministerial authority. The Undersecretariat of Penitentiary Centers opened an internal investigation to determine if there were failures in security procedures.
