In 2025, Robinsons Land (RLC) focused on future growth while celebrating its 45th year, adhering to its 'Building Better Lives' philosophy. Key completions included NUSTAR Hotel Cebu, a five-star property on Kawit Island with oversized rooms, panoramic sea views, and private butler service. It earned a spot in the 2025 Michelin Guide for its design and service. Aragon-GoBio stated, 'NUSTAR Hotel Cebu reflects Robinsons Hotels & Resorts’ pride as the Philippines’ first and only five-star Filipino hospitality brand. It captures the ambition of global luxury while honoring the signature warmth and world-class service Filipinos are known for.'

Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3 became the newest addition to Iloilo's 10-hectare estate, marking the first LEED-certified office in Western Visayas with features like VRF air-conditioning and LED lighting. Inspired by the Dinagyang Festival, it won Best BPO Office Development at the 2024 PropertyGuru Philippines Awards. 'Cybergate Iloilo shows how world-class workspaces can thrive outside Metro Manila,' Aragon-GoBio noted.

In Bridgetowne Destination Estate, GBF Center 2 stands as the largest LEED v4 Gold-certified office tower in the Philippines, equipped with touchless access and high-efficiency air filtration. This 30-storey PEZA-accredited building secured awards including Best Green Commercial Development at the 2025 PropertyGuru Philippines Awards.

Robinsons Pagadian, RLC's 56th mall and eighth in Mindanao, opened with record foot traffic and introduced first-in-city brands, drawing design from Zamboanga's vinta boats. Meanwhile, Robinsons Caloocan, known as The Plaza Bagong Silang, became the 57th mall through a public-private partnership, incorporating a health center and basketball court at full occupancy.

RLC's logistics arm delivered RLX Taytay 2, a 27,000-square-meter warehouse for eCommerce and other sectors, and RLX Calamba 2E near the SLEX. 'RLX logistics facilities reflects our commitment to strengthening the country’s supply chain backbone. By building facilities that enable faster, smarter, and more resilient logistics operations, we empower businesses to scale with confidence and position whole regions for sustained economic growth,' said Aragon-GoBio.

RLC's stock showed strong performance in 2025, the best among peers, with momentum carrying into 2026, reflecting investor confidence in its diversified portfolio.
