Bidders must meet eligibility requirements including nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2, no conflict of interest as described in ITB Clause 6, a valid tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, FPPA Supplier Registration, not being debarred by FPPA, a valid trade license or business registration certificate, and GC-4 and above classification.
The bureau reserves the right to reject or accept any or all parts of the bid.
