It joins other voco hotels in New York City, enhancing the brand's presence in the state.

The voco Times Square – Broadway opened recently in the Times Square district of Midtown Manhattan, at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and West 48th Street. This 32-story property includes 419 guest rooms and suites, along with bunk bed rooms, and stands as one of the final new-build hotel developments approved in the neighborhood. It is the largest voco hotel in the Americas and brings the total number of voco hotels in New York State to seven, including voco Times Square South New York and voco The Franklin New York.

The hotel offers Times Square's only rooftop with unobstructed panoramic views of the city skyline. This 2,400-square-foot indoor/outdoor hybrid space is designed for events and gatherings. Additional amenities include The Velvet Fox bar and lounge, which serves cocktails, small plates, and live music, as well as a fitness center and pet-friendly rooms. Guest accommodations feature vintage-inspired décor combined with contemporary amenities, reflecting the property's theme drawn from New York City's Prohibition-era speakeasies.

Its location provides easy access to nearby landmarks such as Radio City Music Hall, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Empire State Building. The opening follows the debut of voco Astoria in New York during the previous summer. Globally, the voco brand operates 124 hotels, with 108 more in the development pipeline as of December 31, 2025. Recent U.S. openings for voco include properties in Flagstaff, Laguna Hills, Moab, Myrtle Beach, and Port St. Lucie.

Bookings are available with cash rates starting around $106 per night or 23,000 IHG One Rewards points per night. IHG members can earn double points on stays at the hotel through March 31, 2026, after registering for the promotion.
