YouTube Premium subscribers in the US will receive Peacock Premium included with their membership starting in early 2027 at no additional charge. The move stems from an expanded partnership between YouTube and NBCUniversal.
Starting in early 2027, Peacock Premium, the ad-supported version of the streaming service, will be bundled with YouTube Premium in the United States. Subscribers can also choose to upgrade to the ad-free Peacock Premium Plus tier.
YouTube users will be able to add Peacock Premium as a channel through YouTube Primetime Channels later this summer. Peacock Premium Plus has been available there since June.
Neal Mohan, YouTube’s CEO, said the partnership aims to redefine modern entertainment subscriptions by combining creator content with Peacock’s sports, movies and series. As part of the deal, select NBC Sports events will stream live on YouTube.
The companies are also planning bundles involving Universal+ and Hayu for users in other markets. Pricing details for the new US bundle have not been released.
