This initiative targets emerging chefs, ensuring that only those actively pursuing formal training in catering colleges or apprenticeships can participate.

To enter, competitors need to prepare and submit two distinct dishes that highlight the use of wild meat, emphasizing creativity and technique in this specialized area of cuisine. The competition serves as a platform for young professionals to showcase their abilities and gain recognition within the culinary industry.

Details on judging criteria, submission deadlines, and prizes have not been specified in the initial announcement, but the event underscores the growing interest in sustainable and wild-sourced ingredients in modern cooking. This collaboration between the Craft Guild and Eat Wild aims to inspire the next generation of chefs to explore innovative uses of wild meats.
