Foxtail Coffee Co. and 3Natives Acai Cafe to open in St. Pete's Skyway Marina District

New retailers Foxtail Coffee Co., Solis Mammography, and 3Natives Acai Cafe are set to open in a retail building within the expanding Skyway Marina District. This development forms part of the larger Sky Town project in St. Petersburg, Florida. The initiative aims to transform a former office campus into a mixed-use community.

The Skyway Marina District in St. Petersburg is seeing further growth with the addition of several new businesses. A 4,500-square-foot retail building along 34th Street South will house Foxtail Coffee Co., Solis Mammography, and 3Natives Acai Cafe. This structure is positioned on an outparcel adjacent to the recently opened Sprouts Farmers Market, which spans 23,000 square feet at 3411 32nd Avenue South.

Developer Frank Guerra, associated with Altis Cardinal, initiated construction on the retail building in 2025. It is integrated into the $800 million Sky Town development, covering a 34.3-acre site that previously served as the Ceridian office campus. The project will feature 2,084 apartments, 69,000 square feet of retail space, and 120,000 square feet dedicated to self-storage facilities.

Vertical construction for the initial apartment building at Sky Town commenced in September 2025, marking a significant step in the redevelopment efforts. These additions are expected to enhance the area's commercial offerings as part of the broader mixed-use vision.
