The Mighty Festival at Raglan Road, an Irish pub and restaurant in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World, kicked off on March 13 and runs through March 17. This annual event transforms the venue with St. Patrick's Day decorations, creating a festive atmosphere. Exclusive merchandise, including a Raglan Road bucket hat and a Mighty Festival T-shirt, is available in the gift shop for attendees.
The highlight is the March Memories Menu, which offers eight items: six food options and two drinks, available only during the festival. Reviewers sampled several dishes during a media preview. The Ireland in a Spring Roll consists of a golden pastry filled with smoked Irish bacon and tender cabbage, accompanied by velvet red cabbage purée and a pickled vegetable salad. It serves as a light starter, with the full portion including two spring rolls, praised for its flavor and crunch.
The Chop Chop its Bacon features a chargrilled bacon chop—similar to Canadian bacon or ham—served with caramelized cabbage, honey-glazed carrots, creamy mashed potatoes, and a raisin cider jus. Diners noted its savory taste and tender texture. The Tri-Pies include three varieties: a shepherd's pie topped with smoked mashed potatoes, a traditional lamb hot pot with root vegetables and baby potatoes, and a golden pastry pie with chicken, leeks, and wild mushrooms. Each was described as flavorful and well-seasoned.
Desserts include the Brownie Dazed, a soft hot fudge brownie with caramel sauce and ice cream, and the Crumble at Will, resembling a hard apple pie or tart served with ice cream. For drinks, the Mint Bailey Shake offers a refreshing mint flavor infused with Bailey's Irish Cream, noted for its balanced taste without excessive sweetness.
The festival provides a dedicated celebration of Irish culture through food and ambiance at Disney Springs. The review was conducted as part of an invited media preview, with the publication emphasizing its unbiased perspective.
