Converse has unveiled the SHAI 001 "Camo" edition, a military-inspired sneaker from Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. The design features a green, brown, black, and tan camouflage upper, set for release on April 3, 2026, at $130 USD. This follows Gilgeous-Alexander tying Wilt Chamberlain's record of 126 consecutive 20-plus point games.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the Oklahoma City Thunder superstar, is expanding his signature sneaker line with the Converse SHAI 001 "Camo." As he ties Wilt Chamberlain’s legendary record of 126 consecutive 20-plus point games, the new colorway aligns with his push toward NBA history and the upcoming playoffs.
The sneaker sports an all-over camouflage pattern in green, brown, black, and tan across the upper, including the tongue, evoking a vintage army surplus aesthetic. To complement the print, Converse uses solid olive green for the zipper cover, plush sockliner, and durable rubber outsole. A shiny olive green wrap secures the heel stabilizer, while bold black Shai logos appear on the tongue and insole.
This release marks the first all-over printed design for the SHAI 001 in a wider launch, following the earlier “Truffle” iteration and ahead of the “Blush” version. Gilgeous-Alexander previewed the camo edition on-foot in a matching look, blending his on-court performance with off-court fashion. The silhouette retains its responsive support and structure, contributing to its popularity in basketball circles.
Priced at $130 USD under SKU A19839C, the Converse SHAI 001 “Camo” will launch on April 3, 2026, available via Converse.com, SNKRS, and select retailers.
