São Paulo police request financial records in Dark Horse film investigation

São Paulo Civil Police requested court access to Coaf reports on financial movements of Karina Ferreira da Gama and her institute, as part of an investigation into a R$ 108 million contract with the city hall.

Delegate Antonio Carlos Manuera Silveira filed the request at the Regional Guarantees Court of TJ-SP. The focus is on suspicions of overbilling and diversion of funds in the wi-fi supply contract to São Paulo City Hall, signed in June 2024.

The investigation involves Instituto Conhecer Brasil, chaired by Karina, owner of Go Up Entertainment, the producer of the Dark Horse film about Jair Bolsonaro. It mentions R$ 61 million transfers by Daniel Vorcaro of Banco Master, at the request of Flávio Bolsonaro.

The administration of Ricardo Nunes stated that it has not identified irregularities in the services so far and will take action if any are confirmed. The report did not receive a response from Karina's press office.
