PT Kereta Api Indonesia reports that as of February 21, 2026, 1.58 million train tickets for the Lebaran mudik period from March 11 to April 1 have been sold out of 3.87 million total seats. Occupancy stands at 40.87 percent, leaving 2.2 million seats available. The government offers a 30 percent discount for economy trains from March 14 to 29.
