Luxembourg's Francis of Delirium has unveiled a new single, It's a Beautiful Life, along with its music video, as a preview to their upcoming album. The track follows their earlier release, Little Black Dress, and highlights the band's evolving rock sound. The album, Run, Run Pure Beauty, is set for release on 29 May.
Francis of Delirium, led by frontwoman Jana Bahrich, first teased their new direction with the single Little Black Dress in late September 2025. That track featured bitter-sweet rock riffs and open-hearted lyricism, building on the sound from their 2024 LP, Lighthouse.
In early March 2026, fans attended a premiere event for the music video of It's a Beautiful Life, which included games and trivia. The video, co-directed by Jana Bahrich and Luxembourgish filmmaker Kiyan Agadjani, depicts a plucky basketball team called the Rats facing intimidating opponents. Despite challenges in the game, the story emphasizes themes of friendship and closeness among the team members.
The song itself incorporates soaring harmonies, riffs reminiscent of Title Fight, and melodic crescendos that echo contemporary pop-punk and post-hardcore styles. Viewers may recognize familiar faces from Luxembourg's music scene in the cast, including Karma Catena of C’est Karma, Ninon Varin, and Khalid Oke.
These two singles suggest that the forthcoming album, Run, Run Pure Beauty, due on 29 May, will blend crashing guitars with emotional vulnerability. The release points to a refined rock record that balances intensity and introspection.
