Proceeds will support outreach efforts for the homeless and human trafficking prevention in the community.
The Pensacola Dream Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is hosting Chef Showcase 2026 to highlight the area's food culture while funding essential community services. The event is set for Friday, March 6, 2026, starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Sanders Beach Ballroom, located at 913 South I Street in Pensacola, Florida. Guests can expect an intimate semi-formal gathering with limited tickets available, fostering an upscale atmosphere.
Sixteen of Pensacola's leading chefs will offer signature tastings, complemented by an open bar featuring beer, wine, and champagne, as well as live music throughout the night. Tickets are priced at $75 per person, with a promotional code Gala25 reducing the cost to $50 while supplies last. Group discounts and sponsorship options are also offered to encourage broader participation.
All funds raised will directly benefit the Dream Center's initiatives, which include homeless outreach, shelter programs for battered and abused women, after-school meals for children, addiction recovery support, neighborhood clean-ups, and human trafficking rescue and recovery. The organization partners with 35 local churches, ministries, and groups to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in the Pensacola area.
A representative from the Pensacola Dream Center stated, “This event is about more than incredible food—it’s about coming together as a community to bring hope where it’s needed most.” They added, “Every ticket purchased helps fund programs that restore dignity, provide shelter, and save lives right here in Pensacola.”
