Comedian Pandji Pragiwaksono is scheduled to attend a customary trial in Tanah Toraja, South Sulawesi, on February 10, 2026, addressing a long-standing controversy over his comedy material deemed offensive to the Toraja indigenous community. The process is organized by the Indigenous Peoples' Alliance of the Archipelago (AMAN) Toraja following discussions with Pandji. The trial aims to restore relationships and dignity, rather than to punish.
